Week 3 meal plan

So my first act upon getting my EBT refilled was to stock up on pot pies, chimichangas, and mac & cheese. Sanity food ftw. I also picked up a few things for my grill out (vegetables, sour cream, some ice cream and bananas), which ended up going great, despite my, uh, resulting exhaustion. My social events prior to that had been canceled for various reasons, so it was nice to have people visit again.

Unfortunately, both me and my partner are now carless for the time being which a) is highly stressful and b) makes getting groceries a lot harder. Also, both of them breaking down (and then hosting the grill out, which gave me enough euphoria to get through) kinda sucked up all my spoons for the week.

As a result, I made nothing this week except hamburger buns (and my partner was cooking the burgers). I did recruit a friend up help me whip up a bunch of falafel at some point, so I'm looking forward to that.

This coming week I don't expect to have much by way of spoons. Maybe one of these days I'll get around to finally making those pizza crusts. When I have the energy and my friend is free, we'll work on the falafel. Don't know if it'll happen this week, though.
